Astrology is the medium through which I offer my medicine.

I grew up on a small, organic vegetable farm in the Driftless region of Southwestern Wisconsin. From an early age, I loved being immersed in the more-than-human world. When I was around 9 or 10 years old I was introduced to astrology through my sun sign, Aquarius. I played astrologer as a fun way to connect with and understand others.

Being tied to health and healing through my upbringing, I began my educational journey studying massage and bodywork in Vancouver, Canada. Afterwards, I continued my studies in psychology and art history in Boulder, Colorado. Studying the body, plant allies, and the way of the human mind, gave me a wonderful foundation in how to care for myself as well as my family.

In 2019, I began my training as a Forest Therapy guide. This felt like a natural extension of my work and it gives me great joy to guide people in their relationship to the Earth. In fall 2019, I started taking my astrological studies more seriously and began my mentorship under astrologer Adam Sommer. Receiving my astrological certification felt celestially timed. I have finally found the language and framework in offering the healing I came here to give.

My connection with nature and the divine inspires my practices of forest therapy and astrology. The tapestry of my offerings are woven with the common threads of healing, transformation, and witnessing. Through my work I support those navigating their unfolding life story. I serve humanity and the Earth by exploring mediums of connection through the senses and the soul.

I have the asteroid Hygeia conjunct my ascendant, moon, and north node and feel deeply connected to being a conduit in bringing her healing back into the world through my services. I am also dedicated to continuing to learn my craft so I can offer my support from a richly inspired, well informed place.

I live between Northern Wisconsin on the shores of Lake Superior and the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado with my husband, two daughters, and animal babies.
